Experiência Profissional

• Data Scientist - TotalPass (11/2025 a 2/2026)

  Served as a Data Scientist focused on the Fraud Analysis and Prevention unit. My role involved the end-to-end development of detection algorithms, ranging from robust data cleaning and preprocessing to the identification of outliers and deviant patterns. By leveraging anomaly detection techniques, I helped the company proactively identify potential risks and ensure the integrity of the gym partner ecosystem.

• Data Cientist Full Stack Developer - R-Dias (4/2025 a 11/2025)

  I developed a Market Basket algorithm to analyze shopping patterns and associate products in the supermarket context, using data analysis techniques to generate recommendations and optimize the shopping experience. Additionally, I led the creation of a project for predicting new store expansions, enabling the company to make more data-driven decisions and increase the efficiency of the planning process.
  
  In the field of software development, I designed and implemented a full-stack system that supported and integrated these solutions, ensuring process automation, data integration, and a responsive, scalable web interface. This system was designed to handle large volumes of data, optimize workflows, and provide detailed analytics to support business decision-making in a timely manner.

• Data Analyst - FGV IBRE - Instituto Brasileiro de Economia (4/2025 a 7/2025)

  I worked on the development of a study on economies of scale based on large volumes of electronic invoice (NF-e) records. One of the main challenges of the project was the automatic categorization of inputs from free-text descriptions. To address this, I implemented a semantic vectorization process using sentence transformers models, indexing and approximate search with FAISS, as well as similarity calculations to suggest the most likely classification among categories. The work combined NLP techniques and data engineering with a focus on robustness, scalability, and economic applicability.
