HR Business Partner

O que irá fazer:
Management of Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, compensation, benefits, payroll, union relations, labor contingencies and annual budget.
Fill in all internal monthly and yearly reports, such as headcount, cash flow reports, budget, corporate, org charts, and others.
Help Operations Manager on the management of facilities routines for the Plant, São Paulos and Apiúna-SC offices.


Requisitos:
Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology. Post-graduation in Management, Organizational Behaviour, Human Capital Management.
Advanced English.
